As part of the stenciled design there are places where eyelets are used to complete the bugs, flowers and other designs. Where the eyelets are to be placed, there are holes in the template big enough for your paper punch to fit through. Simply use a paper punch or paper drill, make your holes, trace your design and voila...you are ready to set eyelets in fancy designs in holes that are already punched! This unique template is made of heavy thick plastic and is three hole punched for easy storage.
